Does OKTee replace our ERP or retail portals?
No. Your ERP remains the system of record and your retail portals remain the endpoints for retailer interaction. OKTee adds the business logic layer that unifies data, enforces your rules, and orchestrates authorized actions.
What operations can OKTee automate?
Based on available feeds and custom rules, OKTee automates order processing, fraud and validation checks, alerts, reconciliations, and approved actions. Sensitive decisions and exceptions are routed directly to the appropriate teams.
Does OKTee support multi-retailer integration?
OKTee OS is engineered for 1P retail environments. While Amazon Vendor Central is fully integrated and live today, onboarding additional retailers depends on available data feeds, their system architecture, and specific enterprise requirements.
